What are your shipping rates?

We offer a $5.00 flat rate shipping per order and free shipping on orders of $50 or over in the contiguous United States.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

For international shipping, please contact us with your full address and we will calculate shipping costs and get back to you.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are boxed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order. Please allow an additional 2-7 days for shipping.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you’d like to request a change to an order, please contact us ASAP.

Will I be charged sales tax outside of Arizona?

No, but if you’re shipping to an address within Arizona, it will include 9.725% sales tax.

Can you send my purchase directly to a gift recipient?

Yes. Enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient’s address in the shipping section. If you’d like to include a message with your gift, please do so at checkout. Receipts are never included with any orders.

What is your return policy?

We can accept returns if the product delivered is damaged and we will replace it
